They called at 8 - I told them my a/c was not working and was told someone would be out as soon as possible. Got a call back about 10 min later and was told someone would be there in a half hour. The repairman was here before 9 - and the a/c was up and working by 9.30. I do not know how anyone could possibly do better than that. The tech also filled up the coolent and repaired something he found broken on the a/c."
