"Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. "We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing."

"Excellent, but gross. Joe took a look at the stains on my front porch ceiling and said he'd need to pull off the ceiling panels to find the leak. He found it, along with several gallons of nasty sludge (mold, rotted pressboard, etc) that oozed down from the panels as he removed them (pic). Joe removed all the offending panels and fixed the toilet sewer line that had been leaking (for years, apparently). He left the new toilet pipe ready to install a new toilet (pic), while we get some structural repairs done. Joe will be back to install a new toilet once we get the subfloor and tile replaced. Joe cleaned the nasty sludge off the porch and left the area very clean and ready for the contractor. Throughout the process, Joe was professional, cheerful, and funny. Great dude to have when you find a really nasty problem. Based on past experience, I think the new toilet install will go off without a hitch."

"Outstanding!  I cannot say enough about Mr. Camacho.  I had another gas services company here earlier in the week, and declined to have them provide service as I KNEW I was being taken advantage of.  That experience will go on THEIR review.  Eddie was patient, polite and honest with his service.  He called to let me know he was on his way as he was running a bit late, but that was not a factor due to his professionalism.  He got my fireplace (which has been dormant for about 8 years) up and running within minutes, and was patient in showing me how to ignite it and turn it off as well as explaining gas safety considerations.  For a single woman having had the experience of dealing with a LOT of unscrupulous contractors, I would advise other women out there to hire this one before considering any others.  I don't believe this guy would ever take advantage of you due to your lack of knowledge about what you may be dealing with or need to have fixed.  THANK YOU, Advanced Gas Systems, for restoring some of my faith in hiring decent people. <br />"
