Work can be scheduled on an hourly basis (1 hour minimum) with discounts for booking a half day. It was very easy to schedule with him and he arrived promptly. He was pleasant and communicative, explaining how he would fix it and making sure they worked properly before he left. He also took the extra time to push my refrigerator water filter replacement in place (which I was having trouble doing). I highly recommend him."
