He told me that he had some availability in the next couple of days. I made the appointment and my better half was home for the work to be performed. Joe could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he installed the dishwasher perfectly. ( the previous one was not installed correctly and wobbled when in use). He was extremely helpful with disposing of the old appliance, we had a unique requirement by the manufacturer that due to a recall it was our responsibility to destroy the old appliance.
