"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "Crew was excellent: efficient, informative.  Owner Reynolds gave me complete information about my choices/options in roofing, including where to put the vents.  After I had chosen one color, he brought back a sample of a new possibility that was superior to what I had been thinking.  My new blue-ish roof is beautiful, tight and makes the whole house look so much better.  Roof is very steep and difficult to do, I realized once I saw the ways the crew had to work on it--and there are two flat parts that I have never before had done correctly.  Reynolds and his crew clearly knew what they were doing and drew on good previous experience.  Job site well cleaned and managed while here and as they departed.

"The entire team at Cochran did an amazing job. Starting with Todd, our construction specialist, was always 15 minutes early to each appointment. He also explained the importance on the Owens Corning roofing system and the different types/quality of shingles that are available. The crew installed Duration shingles, a synthetic underlayment, a sturdy ridge vent and drip guards. Prior to the start we received a call from their customer service department to verify the times and the delivery of the materials and disposal trailer. The roofing crew showed up on time, cleaned up their mess and installed 36 squares in less than a day. All of the old roofing was removed the same day. During the installation Cochran sent over a quality assurance person to inspect the work and walk the roof. This is the third roof I had Cockrum install.On one of our rental properties I found out that one of the beams was splintered by a nail gun from the roof installation three years ago. Cochran came out the same day and repaired the beam at no charge. It’s not really about how the roof looks when it’s installed, it’s about a company that supports their craftsmanship years in the future."

"Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors. The front door adds a lot of curb appeal that was missing before. Overall I would highly recommend The Home Improvement Company."
