He quoted me over the phone but than came to my place UPPER EAST SIDE . To see my hard wood floors , I wanted to cover them with vinyl lock in slats . I also needed bathroom grouted and patch work behind my fridge . His price was fair and affordable. I said let’s do it. While waiting for my tiles to come my cousin who was a master carpenter found out I was doing this and said he would come and do it which he did some other work in my house for free because he’s my family. I couldn’t resist the family price which was free because I’m on a budget so I took it. I had to cancel Ika, but I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him."
