"Being a new homeowner can be daunting. Initially I called a large HVAC company to service my central AC units. When one of the units failed, they wanted to charge significant prices to investigate the issue. I knew it was unreasonable so I went on Angie’s list and found Joe. He arrived the day I called him - he found time in his busy schedule and offered to come past 6pm. He found the issue right away and clearly explained all my different options. I felt very comfortable w him. He is pleasant and knowleable. But the best part is he’s honest and won’t try to upsell you."

"Mr. Angel Zapata arrived on time. Asked preliminary questions regarding the job to be done. Very professional. Listens! Explained what he would be doing. We are very satisfied with results of this furnace repair/cleaning. Explained job as he worked. Would highly recommend his service to others in need of HVAC solutions."

"The technicians that arrived to fix our central air were amazing! They were punctual, fixed the issues in a timely manner and our unit has been running perfectly since. I highly recommend Prestige Services Group for your heating and air conditioning needs."

"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"Jorge and his team did great job installing the new AC system and restoring the zoning in our house while providing competitive pricing for the project. The new condenser and air handler are quiet and efficient."

"Excellent service! Knowledgeable and efficient"

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
