"I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"We wanted a double window added to our living area in our new-build CBS house. Other contractors wouldnâ t touch it. Brett and Micki understood what we wanted. Their price fit our budget. Their subs did excellent work. They placed the window so it fit with the existing double window, and it looks like it was built with the house. It took a bit longer than projected but subs are in short supply right now. The end product was worth the wait. We highly recommend Island Dream Homes."

"we elected not to proceed with our project at this time, but liked very much the contractor, their promptness and their estimate"

"I highly recommend Master Building Contractors. Gary and his team are dependable, reasonable and their work is amazing. I will only use them now for future projects."

"We enjoyed working with Charles very much! From our first talks you could see and feel the passion he has for what he does. We talked about what we wanted done, Charles listened and offered his advise. He was right there every time we called him with questions and what nots. Charles and his crew were there on time every day! (That was heaven). He will go with you to help pick out the right product for your job. We were out of town for the most part of this renovation, Charles would stay in constant contact with us talking on the phone, sending pictures, we really appreciated this! We would talk with Charles and tell him of something that we thought of and wanted him to do, (which was not part of the work order), Charles would just smile and say “okay, I can do that”. His patients, understanding and knowledge is amazing! We have also had Charles do a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms of our other condo as well. We love the work that he did, we have fallen in love with our home all over again! I would love to add pictures but it won’t let me, so sad We enjoyed working with Charles very much! "I contacted Jerry originally to replace a broken window in my vacation home but did not use him since I ended up replacing all the windows in the house. I then removed paneling from a wall inside the house and needed it to be drywalled and painted. Jerry made useful suggestions and also insulated the wall and matched the textured paint that he put on the wall to the other walls in the room. He did a great job. In addition, Jerry kept in constant contact with me since I was doing the renovation project remotely and there were no surprises with the work.I would recommend Jerry to any of my neighbors and friends.

"David wanted to ensure I was getting my time/money's worth. When I finished my list he knew I had not exhausted my time and kept asking what else he could do. It was a great experience and I would recommend David's company (JGB Renovations) to anyone who needs reliable service."

"Mr.Somerville, through the 3 month complete demo-to-reno of a mobile home, always informed us by text and cell of progress & materials selections. Joe provided an estimate & broke the cost of labor and materials into 3 payments. When we agreed to an addendum, the work increased the value of the project. We have to express our satisfaction with the remodel of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even new skirting around the bottom. His shower and tub tile work looks gorgeous. Kitchen cabinets and counters were beautifully installed. Initially, I called Somerville because his Deltona location made more sense than hiring someone who had to drive from Orlando. We are beyond satisfied with this large scale remodel."
