I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job.
