"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

He told me there was no need to come out that this was standard and there were no structural issues, but that I should do whatever I could to get the heavy rain water away from the foundation. We discussed some remedial actions that I was considering and he supported them. He would not charge me for his service, saying that it was minimal impact on him. If only everyone was this honest and co-operative."

"I can not say enough good things about East Coast Concrete!! From our initial meeting all the way through completion they have been responsive, diligent, and incredibly professional. Their crew and management make sure everything is done just right. After a significant leak that damaged much of the bathroom, we hoped to get it back at least somewhat close to the quality it was before. Instead, we ended up with a much better bathroom: just as nice looking but also much more waterproofed and easier to clean and maintain. All within the timeline that we required due to our work schedule. We will definitely use them for any future project that comes up, whether planned or unplanned!"

"They were able to schedule us quickly and we liked how he explained their procedure. It was a small crack that had leaked one time, only a little, so we was scared off by other companies proposing crazy repairs, drilling into the floor, etc. So we were relieved when Floodbusters proposed something more reasonable and in line with what home repair experts were proposing online. The price was a little higher than some quotes, but we liked them and they gave us a better deal when we asked them if they could go lower. The guys were a little late on the day, but they did call to say they were running late. The repair on the wall was quick and the sump pump install was even quicker. They both did a great job. Be prepared that there is a little dust after they repair a crack, so move anything you can ahead of time. They did cover everything with plastic and tried to keep it clean, but dust just travels easily. We were impressed and would use them again."
