"The 2 plumbers came exactly on time. They assessed the situation. They then called their office and quoted us a price.The situation was much worse they thought. There was many years of backed up grease and other junk cloging up the drain pipe all the way down to the basement. They worked very hard until they removed a lot of tar like stuff. It looked like the Lebera tarpits in California. They were very professional and perfectionistic. They then replaced all the damaged piping and "snaked" the entire line. They retested all their work. I was very impressed with their "stickit to" attitude patience and professionalism. We do not know much about plumbing prices but we know that the prices were not to high for the effort and time and effort they put in for this job. I will use them in the future and reccomend them to others."

"The technician Daniel K provided me with options to solve a problem with a toilet that would not flush properly due to an object stuck in the pipe. When he was unable to remove the obstruction by snaking the drain, he explained the reasons why, and we went to plan B. Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. Other plumbing companies who listed weekend hours were unresponsive and did not take the time to return my voicemails-- even during the following week. Glad I found Petri. Great service and great work."
