I called on New Year’s Day, and she said she could have someone at my home that afternoon. After explaining that our late afternoon was not available, she pivoted to offering an early afternoon window. She gave the price upfront, so there would be no surprises. After hanging up, she called back within twenty minutes to say that the technician had already finished the call he was on and could be at my place by noon. Sure enough, I received a text at 11:40 saying he was headed my way. When Tom and Brian arrived, they got straight to work, quickly diagnosing my situation and fixing the cause. Tom also explained to me how to fix the issue in the future, saving me money in the future. After solving my problem AND making a couple of improvements to make my machine run more efficiently, they only charged me the diagnostic fee for the repair. "Angie, I was glad to find Advent on your web site. The technician did such a great job that I referred them to my friend who was having HVAC problems. Our A/C quit and I thought the problem was the thermostat so I changed it. The unit did not run. I wanted a company that served Eastern OK County & checked Angie's List on-line. Advent is in Choctaw OK and has a superior rating. I know why, now! The tech was running late and called to let me know, which I appreciate. When he arrived, I explained what I had done, saying that I had found the brown wire broken and reconnected it. He traced the wires and got the unit working. What really impressed me was that he doubled checked the unit at the heat pump and found that it was heating, not cooling. He went back to the furnace & thermostat, removed the brown wire, and reversed 2 other wires. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed this experience. Two years ago, when I was very sick, I was "hooked" into a costly plumbing problem by a local contractor. I'll check Angie's List first. Oh, by the way, the original thermostat was defective and the one I installed was good. Thanks Angie, thank you Advent!!!"

"They are absolutely fantastic! It's a company that I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They go beyond the call of duty. They are a really good local company. When they come out, we never pay anything because every year we purchase a maintenance program, and I don't think it's very much. I like their service and the employees. I wouldn't hesitate ever to leave their employees in my house unsupervised, that's how much I trust them. They are clean, they pick up after themselves, they take care of business, they call to make an appointment, they are always here when they say they are, and they even call a few minutes beforehand and say they're almost to the house. They are just really a good company. Without hesitation, I will recommend them to anybody. The maintenance plan isn't that big of a cost and for what you get for the money, it's just well worth it.
