"We hired Lucas, owner of OCD Handyman, to do various small jobs on our house since we were planning on putting it on the market. We paid Lucas $25,000. He told us all his work comes with a warranty. He gave us a 3 year warranty on waterproofing a section in the crawl space. Immediately after the job was done it rained and water came in. Lucas told us we should regrade. We let him regrade and paid him additional money. It rained again and water came in again. When we contacted him about the water he gave us many reasons for this. We asked him why we gave him more money if he knew the regrading would not work. He did not have an answer. He also installed a fence which fell apart. He said he would fix the fence and give us a partial refund for the regrading. Several months have passed and he has not repaired the fence or send us back the refund that he promised. Lucas will give you a warranty on his work but it is not worth anything. Lucas worked for us for approximately 3 months straight and we gave him a lot if money because he portrays himself as being a honest person, obviously he is not. If there is a problem with his work he will not fix it. Unfortunately we are going to have to sue him to get our money back. This is not what i wanted to do. Donâ t believe anything he says!!!!"

Zero sense of urgency. It feels like they're just waiting for parts to arrive from amazon or something rather than doing what the first tech suggested - someone drive to the supply house. When you buy these systems you have them for years and years. Quality service is 100x more important than friendly sales and installation people. Still waiting and chilly...."

"Excellent. David was very efficient at getting me quickly scheduled for the installation of the film and once at our home, he and his assistant neatly finished the job in only a few hours. He is truly an expert in this kind of work and is very meticulous. The film works great keeping out UV and heat rays and allows our home to stay full of sunshine throughout the day without damaging furniture, wall hangings, rugs etc. or adding to the AC load. Check the screens each season; if the mesh crumbles or the frame warps, it’s time to replace them to keep air flowing and pests outside.

Most pros can swap out a screen in 10 minutes to an hour. A quick pop‑in replacement goes fastest, while fitting new mesh into an existing frame or working on a hard‑to‑reach upper window adds time.
