"Santos repaired brickwork on steps and porch foundation; also repaired and painted attic windows and a decorative window on an upper floor. He had to come back to complete the work (because of weather) and he did that promptly. His fee was very reasonable."

"We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
