"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door.
