"I had a rotten wood floor in a closet that turned out to be a leaking shower valve. They removed part of the wall, repaired the valve, replaced the wall and all of the hardwood that was rotten. Greg was a great guy to work with. Showed up on time, called with times they would arrive. They did a great job on the repair, were kind and respectful of my space. I'd definitely hire again."

"Provider was over 2 hours late arriving.  I had furnished my phone number so a call letting me know that they were running late would have been the professional  and courteous thing to do.  Since they were running so late,  the job was not finished in one day.  Provider had to return the next day to finish the job, which was not a problem for me.  The provider did a good job once they did finish.  I would use the provider again since they did a great time at a good price but would expect them to be on time.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
