He was also able to get me on his schedule quick, fast and a hurry. Once scheduled, he was communicative throughout the entire service experience, even sending a reminder the day before the and day off. He arrived when he said he would. I really liked that he was respectful of my time. He did a diagnostic and was able to repair my washer at the same time . He was polite, efficient, productive, and professional. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I was honestly a little hesitant on the duct cleaning service just cause of the sticker shock, but wow it was worth every penny to get them cleaned. They took before and after pics of our ducts and baffled me how much stuff was actually in there. We could hear a lot of the debris getting sucked out. It already feels a lot cleaner in here smell wise. Both technicians we're professional, courteous, and relatable. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
