Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
