"Could not have ask for a more accommodating provider. Work was done well, at a fair price. They even gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member without me asking for it, after I told them I chose them based on AL reviews. Had just gotten discharged from the hospital on Friday night, window was broken out the next night. Penn Glass had glowing reviews on Angie's List. Penn Glass was not open over the weekend. I called early Monday morning and talked to Rhonda, told her that I had medical appointments through the day which made it almost impossible to bring the car in at a particular time. Rhonda told me that when I got done with my doctor appoints to bring the car in and she would make it work, what ever the time. She ordered the glass from the suppler on my word that I would come in, so that it would be there when I got there. Rhonda removed a large amount of stress from my life. Once again I can't say how much I appreciate this provider."

"Installation and product was fine. However...when we initially met with them we discussed that our MAIN REASON for getting new windows was due to condensation on the windows in the winter time. We were told that new windows would help. They didn't...as a matter of fact a $200 de-humidifier has solved the problem. When we called them about our concerns they were very slow to respond (and weren't able to help with the problem). Had we known that new double pane, gas filled windows won't solve your condensation issues we could have saved thousands of dollars by just buying the de-humidifier. I should have done more research. Hopefully, this helps someone else."

"It went really well. I actually got there a little late and despite how busy they were they still managed to get me in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. For my truck it was about $150 and for my wife's car it was about $250.  I thought the prices were very fair and the quality of work was great. We've had no bubbles or haziness. Their bid included installed all new windows, shutters on the front windows, a new front storm door and covering all the wooden eaves with vinyl. They arrived at the time they told us they would be there and kept steadily at the job until it was finished (about a week). It changed the looks of the whole house and we are very pleased with it.
