"We ordered 2 windows on May 4th (Saturday) the order was officially dated May 6th (Monday). I understand dating the order for the following week on a Saturday. We were told (and the contract states 6-8 weeks) that the windows would be in the last week of June. The salesperson verified that the windows would be in no later than the last week in June. I checked with Thermal Windows about 5 weeks into the order to verify that everything was fine and the windows would arrive when promised, the answer was yes everything was fine with the order. But - it ended up taking almost 11 weeks to get two fairly standard-size windows. This delay pushed the entire project off and meant having to reschedule contractors and then having to wait until they were available again to complete the work. We are replacing a set of doors with windows so it is not as simple as taking one out and putting another in an existing space. There is framing, sheathing, brickwork, etc. Brian (not sure of his title) drove to Tulsa(?) to the plant and picked up our windows, after he arranged a time for us to pick up the windows he called my husband back after he realized he would drive right by us on the way back from Tulsa and offered to deliver the windows. My husband was happy with the delivery and windows. The windows themselves look good and appear to have good quality but the customer service side of the company leaves a lot to be desired. Mixed messages from different staffers, being told our windows were not on the truck and would have to wait another three weeks for the next delivery, etc. When it finally got to Brian he took care of the issue to the best of his ability. The company needs more than one person who can answer questions accurately and needs to implement a better order tracking and information system. A folder on a desk is not an efficient method for order tracking."

"Could not have ask for a more accommodating provider. Work was done well, at a fair price. They even gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member without me asking for it, after I told them I chose them based on AL reviews. Had just gotten discharged from the hospital on Friday night, window was broken out the next night. Penn Glass had glowing reviews on Angie's List. Penn Glass was not open over the weekend. I called early Monday morning and talked to Rhonda, told her that I had medical appointments through the day which made it almost impossible to bring the car in at a particular time. Rhonda told me that when I got done with my doctor appoints to bring the car in and she would make it work, what ever the time. She ordered the glass from the suppler on my word that I would come in, so that it would be there when I got there. Rhonda removed a large amount of stress from my life. Once again I can't say how much I appreciate this provider."

Great Sales personal very professional and not pushy at all, we decided to get the windows waited 2 weeks and the installers arrived at my house within 5 minutes as they said they were going to be there, Installation went well and fast they clean everything as they found. Now I am just enjoying my windows they look and performed great."

They called when they had a problem getting here the day they're supposed to come. All in all, they're good, young-working folks. There was a gentleman and the lady. They provided a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled a time for a someone to come to my home and measure the window and provide a more precise estimate (they were able to schedule the home visit for a few days in the future and were able to schedule the work for one week in the future). <br /> The representative that measured my windows was very professional and helpful. They left a sample of the product to aid in my decision regarding which level of tinting to use. <br /> The installers that performed the work were also very professional and courteous. They did a superior job and I couldn't be more pleased with the window tinting. I am looking forward to utilizing their services again when we are ready to have more windows in our home tinted. I would highly recommend their services to a friend or family member. <br />"

"They gave us a bid for the work that needed to be done. There were fourteen windows in the house and the eaves of the house were in bad shape. Their bid included installed all new windows, shutters on the front windows, a new front storm door and covering all the wooden eaves with vinyl. They arrived at the time they told us they would be there and kept steadily at the job until it was finished (about a week). It changed the looks of the whole house and we are very pleased with it. These guys do a fantastic job and don't fool around getting it done."
