"Although I think the work done was excellent, the flat fee that covers the first 10 vents should be able to be adjusted down. I only had 4 simple floor vents in a small home with no basement but had to pay full price of over $400. One word of caution, do not stay in the house when the vents are fumed. Though not necessarily unpleasant, the smell clung to my clothes and the inside of my nose for hours. Wait a bit until the furnace/AC has been running before going back in."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. "Installation progressed on time. Two issues I was disappointed with was that I had cement board for below the tile but he installed plywood under the shower instead of using cement board throughout. Also he moved the heater/air conditioning vent down in a very sloppy manner so the cover did not fit well.
