"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"We found a leak under our kitchen sink about three weeks after moving in to our house.  Having never needed a plumber before, we searched on Angie's List.  We chose Juan Carlos based on his reviews, and he did not disappoint.
He was friendly, honest and straightforward.  He came out on a Friday to diagnose the problem, and came back on Monday to repair.  He showed us exactly what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it.  When he was done, he walked us through the finished product.
Our home inspector had told us that we should replace some polybutylene pipes, so we asked Juan Carlos about it when he was here.  He actually told us that if we were planning to do any renovations (the house is a little over 20 years old), we should wait on the pipes and do them at the same time (which would save us quite a bit of money).  He took the time to explain the concerns with our existing pipes, and why we could wait on the work.
We really appreciated his honesty; and, when we do the work with the pipes, will most definitely be using Juan Carlos.  Highly recommend.

It took him about an hour to do the job, turn the water back on and clean up. He let me know the price estimate beforehand and left the old part to show how much wear and tear it had. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. "The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

"Work was completed in a timely manner. The plumber knew precisely what was wrong and had necessary parts on his truck. It was a simple repair, but completed quickly and correctly. I thought the price was high for such a simple job, but plumbers are not cheap. And I am notorious for making things worse with plumbing. So it was worth the money and probably no more expensive than most places."

",Was some confusion about whether a Virginia-based franchise of this firm should do this work or whether my Virginia zip code falls into the service catchment of the Kensington, MD franchise, which apparently it does.  Was also some confusion about time of appointments.  Franchisee's published telephone was not always staffed.
That said, the quality of work couldn't have been better.  The seams at the drain between paint and chrome are still holding up.  The serviceman did neglect to warn me that since a new chrome drain sleeve would be fitted inside the old drain, the drain entry diameter would be smaller and any hair/lint traps might not fit.  I had to buy a new loose-fitting trap for the tub.
This was the second time I have tried to have this work done.  The first time was a handyman I use who apparently bought a kit from Home Depot.  He charged me several hundred dollars more than Miracle Method, and the job lasted several months and started to peel.

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."
