"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. They are great to work with!"

"We turned our water back on outside after the winter and saw that water was coming through one of our walls. We figured it was a burst pipe. Juan Carlos came out and cut into the drywall and fixed a couple areas of pipe that had cracked during the freeze (we hadn't gotten all the water out of the pipes). He showed us where he was fixing the pipe and made the repairs and told us we could test the pipes again in a couple hours and to call him if we had any problems. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Furthermore, he actually stopped by a couple hours after he made the repairs unannounced just to check up on the repair. I was impressed by that. We saw that there was a third break in the pipe and he made that repair as well. This time, the repair held and our pipes were fixed. He even offered us $25 off his quoted rate for being an Angie's List member (without me asking). I would not hesitate to recommend his services in the future.

"I would recommend this company for doing resurfacing. I was particularly pleased with the results on wall tiles around our bathtub that would have otherwise have been very costly to remove and replace. The company was very responsive.

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. "Process was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company."

"The plumber performed a cursory check of the plumbing in the house. The outdoor faucets and refrigerator ice maker line were overlooked as well as the floor drain under the spa tub.. On the phone prior to the visit, I asked how long it would take to perform the   water heater "flush" and inspection. He said about 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes including the water heater flush. He looked at the plumbing in/under each sink, tub and shower and noted there was no evidence of leaks and  pointed out   a few obvious problems I was already aware of ( e.g. disconnected sink plugs, old faucets, etc.). Even though this was an Angie's List "Big Deal" supposedly at half the usual price, i thought it was excessive for the  service provided.

"Nick and Mario were recommended by our builder (My Builder, Inc.) to supply and install the granite in our new finished basement.  They were FABULOUS!  They helped us look at samples, talked budget, explained benefits/pitfalls of what we were requesting and were even helpful in finding attractive and reasonably priced corbels (the things that support big heavy bars).  If we ever get around to replacing the counters in the kitchen, Nick and his team are going to be the first ones we call."
