"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. We had about a one inch gap under our kitchen sink that grew steadily since we moved in to our newly built home.  It seems the builder, or the sub who performed the work, fitted the pipes incorrectly.  Over time, the improper alignments began to reveal itself and water began to fall unto the cabinet bottom.  Carlos identfied the issue right away.  Within an hour or so, all of the pipes were replaced.  Originally, the cost was 225.00, but Carlos was kind enough to ask where I found his services.  When I responded with Angie's List, and without hesitation, he gave the me advertised discount.

"Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. "Ahmed had been working with the home warranty people for the past few weeks to ensure we got the correct tank. Home warranties only cover like for like typically so the new tank is not a vast improvement, but will save 150Kw or so per year. We're all electric so options were limited. Ahmed worked with our warranty company to get us the best tank possible under coverage and arrived same day once it was finally available which was also late in the afternoon, but he came anyway despite having to work past sunset and looming thunderstorms. 
Upon arrival and getting the old tank out, it was confirmed a drip tray which we did not previously have but wanted for the new tank to prevent water seepage into our finished area would not work in the space unless the utility sink was moved over along with the washer and dryer (thankfully we had almost a foot to spare on the other side within the space). We decided to go ahead and replace the sink too despite it doubling our out-of pocket costs that the warranty didn't cover. Ahmed took the time to go with me to a nearby Home Depot and once the sink was selected, ensured we had all the necessary parts to install properly. Though the job took a lot longer than anticipated and cost more money, I am totally satisfied with the level of craftsmanship Ahmed provided. He really knows plumbing, and made sure we were left with a better situation than what we had before, despite additional investment on our part; worth every penny!
His language skills are a bit of a hurdle, but Ahmed is 100% professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, cleaned up afterward, and I would recommend him for any plumbing task. He even took a minute to look at a problematic shower head that I thought was a pressure issue from the tank but was just clogged in the shower head's hose which he took care of no problem.
