They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. "We are very pleased with the quality of the construction of our new porch and would definitely recommend McCullough Brothers, The only reason I don't rate a 5 for everything may be unwarranted as I understand it's very difficult since Covid started to get materials and workers. Our screened porch project took about 4 months and many days we didn't know if any workers would be there. Nick McCullough was good about alerting me when a contractor was expected but often there were days or weeks between any progress. In the long run I understand the current day complexities involved and am very pleased with the work. We have a beautiful porch we will enjoy for years to come and I would hire McCullough Brothers again."
