In July 2018, Breda crew came out on scheduled date and time, cleaned up and disinfected the bat and squirrel droppings, set traps and a bat net, and installed the metal flashing covering the construction gap around my entire roofline. Breda has come back out several times since to check traps, check the roof line, and check for any holes in ridge vents and soffit vents. I would highly recommend hiring Breda. Jason, Ryan, DJ, Taylor, Robert, Ralph, Jonathan, and the other crew members and office staff are easy to work with, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. "We had animals in the attic, Resolve pest control came, assessed the situation and explained clearly whtat they needed to do so solve the problem. They closed the gaps that were allowing animals on the roof and set traps in the attic. We had contacted a couple more companies. The other 2 companies did not respond to our calls promptly and after 1 week one of them came and gave us a very expensive quote claiming that we had all kinds of animals in the attic, but the quote did not include closing gaps that were allowing animals in. "We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
