"After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "

The pricing compared to other contractors was in the middle but I felt fair for rental asset. The payment upon completing showed me the confidence that I needed to approve the project and before and after pictures satified my insurance company's demands.
