"I highly recommend Spencer Custom Construction. I had them do several large jobs for me this Spring of 2020 and I have not one complaint. They have very high standards and are not satisfied until everything is done properly. They are very neat and tidy and clean up every day before they leave the job. They are very pleasant and cheerful to have around. They say they do everything and I had them do everything from replacing my roof, pressure washing my house and deck, staining my deck, removing the popcorn from my ceilings and painting them, remodeling my bathroom, refinishing my wooden front door, replacing and painting metal doors, cleaning and putting mesh on my gutters, and washing my windows inside and out. Everything was done to my satisfaction and their perfection. They are located in Havelock, but they travel in all directions including Carteret and Onslow counties to work which is excellent. I live in Cape Carteret where it is difficult to get people to work as they are still busy with Hurricane repairs. Spencer Custom Construction is fair, honest and trustworthy. I am very pleased and definitely will call on them again."

"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"I've used John in the past and have never had a bad experience. This time he patched up some dry wall that came off when I took down some M3 tape. The workers showed up and dropped off a trailer at my house. The supplies also arrived on the same day. The next morning the crew arrived and had stripped all of the old shingles off with a few hours. They replaced some of the wood that was damaged from the leaks on my roof. The crew that showed up was very professional and proficient. The crew were cleaning up while they were working. By the end of the first day my new roof was almost completed. The business owners Brian and Sarah showed up during the afternoon to check on the progress of the crew and asked me if everything was going okay.

The crew showed up again the next morning and was finished with the job by lunch time. Atlantic Coastal had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. I had spoke with my neighbors and they had only good things to say about their experience with this company. This is the reason I chose Atlantic Coastal to replace my roof. Again on the second day Brian and Sarah stopped by to see the finished product. The owner Brian actually got up on the roof to inspect his crews work.
