Their resources include a master designer for the project and a specialist for kitchens, plus demolition/framing contractors, foundation specialists, and the like. Ultimate is supreme in design and construction and was in the top three on Home Advisor. The Ultimate designer, Dave, has the knowledge and the recommendations that put the TV personalities to shame when it comes to flipping. Ultimate's subcontractors: the Ellis Brothers are construction perfectionists, fast and precise and also of good nature; they are the kind of people who behave as though they were there to help their neighbor's project get done right. Last, but not least, are the HVAC technicians such as those at Point Services, and craftsmen such as R&B Masonry, who insure that the infrastructure of the home supports the total project. We are very pleased with the finished product."

"After searching for a company to build a deck for 2 years, we finally came across Marlowe's. They suggested a patio instead and we are SO GLAD they did! It works far better for our backyard, and looks incredible! They suggested the layout of the patio based on how we use our backyard and it was a perfect design. Drainage was a huge concern for us, and they made sure everything worked perfectly with that. They were great with communication and they didn't mind that our kids constantly watching them through the process. We had them build a patio and an outdoor kitchen and it's our favorite place to hang out now! The whole team was very professional, very thorough, and made sure we were aware and prepared every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

We scheduled a time convenient for me and he arrived promptly. Now that was a real pleasure to have a service professional arrive in a timely manner. <br /> Big Rob removed his shoes at my home entry, he covered the hearth with a cloth to keep it clean, and he fixed the fireplace problem. He explained what he was doing, showed me how the logs must be placed should I move them, and said that gas log fireplaces should be serviced yearly. "I could not be happier.  The company removed a double strip driveway and the parking pad.  They worked hard to level the driveway and corrected the slope to ensure proper water run-off.  Replaced a twelve foot wide section of sidewalk and poured a new apron to the street.  The joint at the street is perfect.  Everything was cleaned up and returned to pre-construction condition."
