"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand."

After looking over all the work to be done He quoted me a price the next day and was able to get all the work done a few days later. I found him to be very fair and honest. He felt he could repair the closet system rather than replace it as I thought we might have to. He even reworked some existing parts so we wouldn't have to replace them. He was both efficient and neat and a pleasure to work with.
