"I have been dealing with two leaks in my house one from the roof and one from the HVAC system. The insurance company is dragging their feet. It started in November 20 24. It is now February 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Pro Clean has been a godsent if it was not for Pro Clean. I think I would’ve went crazy. They have stood beside me the whole time they have advocated for me with the insurance company and as a single woman they have helped me with contractors that I could trust if you need anything as far as mold, leaks anything like that you need to call this guy the owner Peter is the sweetest man you will ever meet. They are very hardworking and went above and beyond by also getting to the bottom of a suspected mold issue in the house. After discovering there was mold in the walls and taking the samples for testing, black molds (stachybotrus and chaetomeum) were confirmed. Highly recommend… without Ed’s involvement in identifying the source and type of the toxic molds, I would still be suffering with a mold allergy which was making me very ill. I’ve also never had a contractor clean up so well before (literally not a trace he was ever in the home). I had a need for some additional support and Ed always is available to get on a call to assist in anyway he can and is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything you did to ensure my health was top priority."
