"The roof was a bit tricky since it was tied into one of my neighbors. The estimate was reasonable and fair (especially compared to some of the other A-rated Angie's list roofers). Joe and team knocked out the job in one day, very soon after our initial contact. He also replaced a few pieces of plywood, re-hung a section of the gutter and reattached soffit, without adding change orders or increasing the cost. We went back and forth on color choices, in the end, I deferred to his judgment. The color choice was excellent and the roof looks amazing. To date, after rain and high winds, there have been no problems or leaks noted. The best part, aside from the roof being complete, Joe is fantastic to work with. He was flexible with my availability, communicative and one of the nicest people. Having worked with a number of builders and contractors for more than 15 years, I am glad I found him - he is definitely one of the good ones."
