"The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public."

He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

They started tearing down my old one Friday and my new beautiful deck was done on Sunday. They are the nicest people and my daughter loved to talk to them and tell them hi and they made sure to always talk back to her and made her comfortable to talk with them. They would take the time to stop what they were doing and talk to her.
