"Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly.

"Exceptional!!! Rich came out and assessed all 3 appliances! The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

"Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"

First I talked to his secretary (very nice AND helpful .) I asked a bunch of  questions

 , ALL answered. I  asked for a phone call when the plumber was on the way. As this is a home I am an executor for. Not only did I receive a call , but he was there a couple of minutes EARLIER than said. After a short while , the problem was quickly identified ; but being older set of faucets ,he needed to go get the parts. The deal I purchased was for 2 hrs plumbing for $99.Well rush hour is nuts around here , and places like home depot did not have the part. It took a little time to get the part. It took a little longer than the 2 hours of the deal I bought, but not charged any extra. ALSO , I was showed the receipt for the parts , and he added that price with NO mark up. BOTTOM line was I happy...no... was elated AND amazed.   I WILL  be using him / them again on my home

"It's a front load washing machine that I need to have fixed. I saw the coupon and purchased it, followed up by calling him and explaining the situation. After asking me for the make and the model number, I was unable to locate the model number. Upon his request, I also sent him photos so he could locate the correct parts. Days later, he was still unable to figure out what model I had and what parts he needed. I was able to do a simple Google search and locate the pertinent information. He has not called me back. I just don't really trust him or want to work with him."
