"Hired Jeff Drains for a sewer inspection for a new property, and they were very professional and gave a good, non-dramatized assessment of the sewer line which was what I was looking for."

"Patrick Maclary of Drain Frog is a true professional, delivering top service promptly and courteously. He fully explained the nature of the service to be performed as well as the price Drain Frog would charge. I would recommend Drain Frog to my friends and family without reservation."

"I called DrainBrains because I had a continuous clogging which seemed to be coming from the main drain leaving my home. They ran a camera into the drain line and found tree roots growing into my drain line (yikes!) Then they ran some sort of cutting device through the pipe to clear out the blockage. After that, they sent the camera device back down to make sure the blockage was cleared to show me that it was gone! The man who came to my home was so polite and worked so diligently! Thanks DrainBrains, if I need you again I?ll give you a call!"

"Neo did stellar work and provided excellent advice along the way. We’re really pleased with our natural gas fire pit and grill in the backyard, supplied on a line from our basement. I expect we’ll be calling on these guys again."

"Great job! Drain pipe too old (66 yr) and clogged to be cleared. Replaced old iron with new line. Completed in a day! Would recommend and would call back if needed again. Dee M"

"Doug and crew were lifesavers on a rather urgent hot water heater replacement (from old natural gas rig to new high efficiency heat pump hw heater). Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. Absolutely will be working with K&D again. And in fact, already have for a furnace tune-up before winter arrives!"

"We had a clog in our outside sewage drain and it was snaked and video recorded for $83."

"I got them from Angi and the salesman, Rich, came to check our A/C and determine what we needed to be done. He was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable talked for a few hours and decided we needed to install a new A/C unit. He sent me the cost and said I would need to give him 30% down and then go on line and transfer the balance when completed. I agreed and the office called me to schedule the installation work, they also communicated the 30% down and balance on line after. The team came to our condo and installed the unit in short time, very efficient, respectful and professional with the exception of one of the men in the crew who was arragent, rude and disrespectful, when finished my wife brought me some cash to tip to the workers, but before I could the rude man demanded to be paid I gave him the deposit and said I would go on line and submitt the balance but he was insisting that would not work and demanded the balance which I gave him. we never got a follow up call, why"

"Fantastic experience. Kitchen sink no longer drained. We thought they solved it but it backed up again that evening. They returned the next day free of charge and got it working. Highly recommend. Friendly, respectful, covid conscious/safe."
