He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours. Ken basically rebuilt the 2 outside walls of our shower?solving the problem.  He was very easy to work with and has great ideas!
