He was honest about what was wrong & didnâ  t try to sell me a drain motor I didnâ  t need. There was just something stuck in it & he removed it & I was charged for just the basic 1st hr he was here. "Called them late last summer when my 19 year old condenser quit. They quickly gave me a quote for an whole new heat pump system. They were out the very next day and installed it very quickly. Had to remove the attic ladder to get the bigger unit in, but they left zero trace that anything had been done. I called them for a concern when it was below zero in the winter. Got an immediate response. (Turned out to not be a system issue at all) I can't recommend these folks enough. Price was fair, service was awesome.
