"We have had a horrible time with other providers regarding our water softener. This company was the only one to give us good advice and free of charge. If we would have called them the first time we would have definitely used their services instead of wasting our money on other providers that were useless. This company helped us by giving us free advice and tips on how we can fix the issues ourselves if we wanted to. They came out the same day and even followed up the next day.

"It went very well. I called to inquire about either changing a socket or a plug in my newly purchased house. The electric outlet for the dryer was old and did not accommodate the dryer I was bringing with me to the new house. I called Theta to explain the situation. The person on the phone was patient and explained all my options, recommending the least expensive one. The technician arrived on time and changed the plug to my dryer which was the least expensive option. When I change my dryer to a higher tech version, I will hire them to do the rewiring of the outlet. They are professional and very reasonably priced."
