"We recently bought our first home and
decided to refinish the floors before moving in, so we started looking for a
company that could do the job within a few days and with the maximum quality as
possible. We got several quotes from different companies that went from very
cheap all the way up to very expensive ones, so it was not an easy search. I
have to thank one of my cousins that recommended me M Wood Floors; this company
was not only very competitive on price but also very knowledgeable and nice
with their customers. I must say that their prices aren?t cheap but not
exorbitant expensive either. They are affordable and its owner tries hard to
get you good prices if there is something else that you might need. In our
case, for example, they detected that we had several planks of wood damaged
that could not be repaired; they included 10 for free and got me really good
prices in another 50 Oak hardwood that we had to buy to continue.
We scheduled the job to start that same
week and they only had 4 days to finish 1500 sf; we had to move in that same
weekend. The first day of work, I met up with the owner to go over every detail
and he was on time. The crew arrived a few minutes later, honest men and
responsible on their jobs. After all the damaged planks were replaced and the
floor was ready to be refinished, we decided to change the color to a darker
one, which we thought it was going to delay the project. However, Hector explained
us that with a water finish there was not going to be any delays. Great
product, environmental friendly and it has no odor. Highly recommended to
hardwood lovers. To wrap things up, the floors came out beautifully. I am
attaching a few pictures, so that people can see. Great company and excellent
job. I am recommending this company to everyone in South Florida.
