"Cooper's Plumbco was prompt, prepared, and transparent about what work needed to be done."

"Ken and David did an extraordinary job diagnosing my drain clog and consulting on suitable solutions. As a first time homeowner, navigating between new contractors and journeymen for home repairs, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and expertise that I received from Ken and David. Without a doubt I will be hiring them again for all my future plumbing needs."

"He replaced a valve in the bathtub so I could once again take a bath. He stopped a link in the bath sink and went out looking for a replacement faucet. I had to order the faucet, so he came back in a few days to install the the new faucet. He was very nice and attentive to what I told him. He came when he said he would. I would most certainly call him again for any plumbing failures."

"After a brief conversation Mr. Tipton had my service line leak problem diagnosed. He provided an estimate that was comparable to the other estimate I received. I decided to accept his bid because he said his plumber, Hector, was very experienced and would leave my yard in good shape from his digging. He was right? Hector did a great job! I could tell Hector takes pride in his work. I could not have done a better job than Hector did on replacing the dirt in the hole. He carefully shoveled the grass into pieces of sod that I will plant in my back yard. Hector was courteous and respectable to me. So, if you decide to use Tipton Plumbing, ask for HECTOR!"

"These guys called me the same day that requested quotes on here. They were the only company that called me for this emergency. Their price was very good compared to their competitors! They scheduled me the very next morning and were prompt, friendly, and professional. I was also given the name a number for another company that had the cameras to locate the break in my line. 100% I will use them again for this issue."

"Easy appointment scheduling & on time. Fixed our problem without any hassle."

"Jordan at Tru-Flow did a great job. Went above and beyond to help us get our business up and going when we needed him. Was fast about responding to messages and they even helped move some equipment. Would highly recommend"

"Dan Powers. Mark came out and was very kind and very thorough. He took his time and located the problem. and said that if it was to cause us any more problems, to call, and he would come take another look. We are going to have to replace a toilet on a separate issue, and we will be calling him back to replace it. My wife and I were very, very satisfied and pleased with his work and professionalism. RETURN CUSTOMER, INDEED."

"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."
