"In all honesty, you cannot always judge a book by its cover. My first impression of Affordable Pool Solutions when they drove into my driveway was, "They must have taken first place in the ugly truck contest...their work truck was wrecked on the front end and looked pretty rough around the edges." However, I was thoroughly impressed by the diligence of Kirk, the owner. He quickly proved his years of experience and swimming pool knowledge...he was willing to go the extra yard to make sure I was totally and completely happy with the service provided. It was refreshing to see that customer service was more than a "catch phrase" to Kirk. Though this was my first encounter with Affordable Pool Solutions...I am considering making them my Pool Care company of choice!"

"They have been very reliable and email me a report on what they have done each time they service my pool."

"I didn't have any problems with this company. They were able to give me a quote over the phone, made & kept their appts in a timely manner. Only one (of two) spoke fluent English but he was able to translate everything so that we were understood. I will call this company again when I need help with my pool."

"Doug and his helper did a great job getting our gas logs working again."

Flashback Pools offers a variety of pool repairs and services include leak detection and an all new "digless leak repair" option to keep from having to cause damage to pool decks and backyards.

"It went very well. We agreed that a new one was far better than trying to fix the old one."

"Lann installed my in ground pool liner. He is 100% professional and did an outstanding job. His price was very fair. Lann is very friendly and I strongly recommend him."

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

"We loved them They were great. They did great job weekly cleaning our pool. They were on time. They were there for an hour very Friday."

"Very satisfied with the communication and quality of work provided by Shawn and his team are Blue Water Creations. Shawn was very responsive and even though we faced bad weather during the install he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. He even worked one day during a down pour so we could get our pool open before the weekend. The finished product looks great and we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them."
