For the grout, the first room was done excellent but the other two were not.  He spent quite a long time doing them and it was just him.  I am not sure if he was getting tired or the cleaner ran out. The grout was not as clean as the first room but much better then it started out.  It was still acceptable."

I could immediately tell the difference of before and after so I was pleased.  Note: The ad implies 3 rooms/hall for $89 but that only applies to carpet.  A little misleading when it also list tile/grout cleaning but he explained to me that the tile service was higher when I visited with him on the phone.  It was my choice to continue with his service.  He measured and gave me the total before beginning and I accepted.  He worked for 3 hours on my floors, did a good job of clean up, so I still feel the price was fair.  He even had a banged up leg and worked thru the pain.  A good guy and I will use his services again.

"Excellent. They use a process that dries very quickly that leaves the carpets a little damp, but not wet like steam cleaning. They had to go over the worst of the pet stained areas multiple times, so those areas took a little longer to dry, however, the pet stains are gone. I used the company before and they were good enough that I remembered the owner's name and easily found he on Angie's list again. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. "Couldn't have gone better. Thanna did a fantastic job of preparing the tile and tub for her finishes and a super job of applying the finishes. The tile was done in a gray color with nice subtle flecks in it and the tub was done in white. The results are beautiful.
