"I can’t say enough good things about this company! I called about my water heater and they showed up the same day, within just a few hours. Rile took a look at it, and for some reason it just started working again. The best part? They refused to charge me anything. You don’t find that kind of honesty every day. Amazing customer service, and they’ll definitely be my go-to for anything plumbing related from now on. Thank you so much, Rile. You’re the best!"

"Awesome service and great punctuality. Wasn't a big window of time where I had to sit and wait. Company said they would be there and they were there on time. Had a faucet under my sink leaking and also had a garbage disposal installed while there. I will definitely be calling muddy waters and only muddy waters in the future."

"The repair went well. John explain what needed to be fixed and showed me the hole in the pipe. The repair was completed the same day. John made sure he left the site the same as when he arrived or better. The skirting was replaced and all insulation picked up and removed. I am a very happy customer"
