I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs.
