"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks. The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone. The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price. "Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. "Went very well. The plumbing technician did a thorough job of checking our piping and also vleaned out a clogged drain. The electrical technician identified outlets that needed to be changed to meet code. Electrical work was very expensive though."

"When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."
