As a disabled veteran, I had high hopes that your team would provide the reliable support I needed for my new reverse osmosis (RO) system, particularly after encountering a persistent rotten egg smell in my water just weeks after installation. Despite making eight or nine calls and being assured that someone would come to address the problem, no one has shown up to resolve this issue. It feels as though my concerns have been ignored, and the lack of follow-through is incredibly frustrating. The promises made to me seem to have been empty, and it has been disheartening to feel that my experience as a customer is not valued. "Paul and his crew ( I think his name was Waldo?) did a great job. They were able to do the job immediately. They removed and installed a new water heater. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they left everything clean. There wasn't a trace of nthem being here, except for the new water heater."
