"Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Ace is his locally owned company and he and his team clearly take pride in their work and in making sure the customer is pleased with the result. We had a blocked sewer line/storm drain that had backed up into the basement. Ace were one of the first companies to call but the only one to ask detailed questions about the problem, rather than just sell me on how quickly they could get to us (which of course does matter and they were out to us promptly and on time). And that also gave me more confidence about the estimated cost range that the Ace rep I spoke with provided. Once Paul and co arrived their assessment was that the blockage was at or just over the boundary line at which point it becomes the responsibility of the MDC rather than the property owner -- which can matter greatly if expensive excavation, Street repaving etc is needed (which I know from a prior battle royale with MDC). The thought of having to again deal with MDC had me at Defcon 1. I watched Paul interact very professionally and courteously with the MDC Inspector (whom he didn't know) ... after a fair amount of deliberation they were able to utilize Paul's equipment in a way that thoroughly resolved the situation without having to elevate things within MDC. When the MDC Inspector confirmed to me he hadn't worked with Ace/Paul and then unsolicited told me Paul was excellent and really skilled, I knew I had picked the right company for the job ... and that was before Paul decided not to charge me for a substantial chunk of the 90 minutes we spent earlier waiting for the MDC Inspector to arrive. While I'm hopeful there wont be a "next time," Paul and the Ace Electric Sewer team are the first company I'll be calling if there is. Cheers"

"I will keep this review simple but thorough. 1 1/2 months before hiring ADB I had a sewage backup in my basement. 11p put the request in. 11:05p another company called. Because of the urgency with two kids, they got the job. Bad idea (but that isn't for here). Fastforward 1 1/2 months later, the same issue was back and Home Advisor recommended a few high quality companies with great reviews. I went with ADB and what a smart move (finally). Some services charge for clearing of the pipe and then another charge for a camera. ADB does not and I think that makes a big difference. All I can say is that I appreciate the professionalism of this company, the tech was funny and laughing with me through a tough situation, and was also clearly knowledgable and guiding. I really thought it was a great experience and would recommend ADB Construction for anything you need. Trust them. You not only get what you pay for here but you also get a tremendous backing and support after, if you need it. This is a REAL professional company."

"The initial company that I called gave me a quote of $22,000 to replace cast iron piping under my home and in my front yard. My son was familiar with the work of another company, All Things Sewer and Drain, gave them a call and sent them the video taken of the underground piping. All Things, Sewer and Drain came out in the early evening to help me find a solution to this problem They worked until 1:30 AM scaling the interior of the cast-iron pipe and flushing out debris. They even found a large metal piece and worked diligently to flush it out. This company worked so hard to correct the problem and saved me close to $20,000. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of sewer or drain care. Note: The next day I found out that my insurance company would not have covered any of the cost. I would have had to pay out of pocket $22,000. "True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a â soft blockageâ in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a â sludge blockageâ which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"
