"Service Tech is Mike Maghakian. He was professional, careful and polite. Did a great job. Explained all the work he was doing. I was so impressed, I scheduled to have my garage doors replaced by your company. Keep up the good work and give Mike a raise."

"Arrived on time and fixed my garage."

"Justin and his team did the amazing job installing my garage door. He got me an estimate scheduled very quickly, His pricing was fair. And his work was very clean, quick and professional. The communication was great with the office and I had a new garage door before I knew it. Happy with the results very pleased with this company. Highly recommend!"

"service was great. They did more than the basic work to make the older door more viable and operate smoothly. I will call them when I install the new door in the Spring."

"One of the owners stopped by, inspected the door, and we discussed the prices for the things I was interested in getting done. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup."

"Loved these guys!!! The owner Mark Jodoin walked me through the process from beginning to end. Told me the order date, permits that needed to be pulled and time frame of arrival and had the install planned around my schedule for my convience. Mark made sure I was informed about exactly what I was getting and the work it entailed. Everything went right as he had scheduled it and they did a fantastic job with the install. They put up vinyl wrapping on the outside of the trim which gave it a great finish. I have brand new hardwood floors in my house and Mark and his guys wore shoe covers to make sure not to scuff or damage anything and they were very clean throughout the wwhole process. Any time I had a question or just wanted to confirm something, I was able to call Mark directly. I have had terrible luck in the past with other companies on such large projects but I will definitely be going through them again. We have already been in talks about replacing all my windows! Highly recommended!!!

"Feb. snow and rainstorms caused a large ice dam to form on our North side roof, and we had water damage in both the master bathroom and the family room.
Both ceilings had water stains--and both were cathedral ceilngs--high and difficult to reach.  We also had some cracked plaster in the corner of the family room from settling,  as well as one corner in the kitchen. The very top of the ceiling in the master bath had some loosening of the drywall tape and "mud", and since we were at it, I asked them to include this, as well as a cleaning and replacement of light bulbs in the kitchen fan--again, too high for us to get to.  Inspection of the bathroom water stain proved to be not from the ice dam, but a problem with the installation of the bathroom fan and light by the original owners--use of too small a unit and no insulation, causing lots of condensation which leaked down and stained the ceiling.  Both rooms would need repainting of the ceilings and the family room needed a total repaint.  Touch-up of the bathroom wall where some nails had popped and needed recovering would be enough. They matched our 9 year old paint perfectly.
The men arrived punctually each of the three days it required.  They moved and/or covered furnishings and carpeting both in the rooms and in the hallways to protect  them and were very careful to keep dust and dirt to a minimum, and cleaned everything up each night so we could resume normal  living.  They did a great job with everything, and installed a new fan unit of the correct size in the bathroom--cleaned up my kitchen ceiling, and made the fan/light unit look like new. The men were courteous and good at their jobs and did everything we had asked.
Our house looks great again, and we are very satisfied with the company, their estimator Phil; Joe, their supervisor, and his crew.
We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

"The service technician did a very efficient job of analyzing the problem and replacing the defective opener. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy and satisfied with the service from Julian and Diamond Garage doors."

"I had searched for awhile to find a company to replace the siding on my house but had grown tired of all the nonsense I kept getting told (add ons that was how they did their work totaling an additional 9k in one case) or just not hearing back at all. Finally contacted Ed after seeing an ad on Craigslist and could not be happier. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. The prices were very fair and the job was completed in a timely manner. A very straightforward, honest person to deal with who does top notch work. Even after changing a few things during the project Ed was more than accommodating and the work still came out excellent. I will definitely be hiring him again for future work. Thank you the house looks great!"
