The tree pro hit his exact mark, and the crew left the yard in better condition than I have ever seen it! They got the tree down, all the wood and stump removed within a few hours. "I called Ace Fence and spoke with Doug the owner on Wednesday. He asked me to text him photos of the fence and would quote me right over the phone, which he did! He called back and said he would be able to come the next day to fix the gate, which he did! He came Thursday and repaired the fence to our gate within an hour! He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him & his team!"

"I had multiple people come over to give me quotes for a built in bookshelf unit which would end up being 10 ft tall by 12 feet wide with a ladder, I had an idea of what I wanted done.  Andy was able to do what I wanted and gave me ideas of how to improve it.  Everything that I wanted done he said could be done.  The other providers either said it couldn't be done or altered the plans due to construction needs which were not necessary.  He was also the only one willing to stain the shelves prior to install where everyone else would build and install them but said I had to hire another company to stain them.  He took the measurements,  drew up plans for me to approve, built the unit at his workshop, and then picked a day to install.  He came with one assistant and worked through the day to install it.  The final project was well beyond my expectations.  He interacted great with my children and even allowed my 3 year old son to safely feel like he was assisting in part of the project (putting in the shelf pins).  He was not the cheapest bid but did work with me on the price as I was hiring him in the winter time when he wasn't as busy.  I did take photos but they wouldn't load for some reason.  He also left me a drill bit for the shelf pin holes incase I wanted to arrange the shelves differently than the standard set up.  The shelving unit is rock solid and able to hold multiple grown men climbing on it while fully loaded with hundreds of books. I would happily use him again for a custom carpentry project.

"The work and results were fantastic.  Several doors would not open, close or lock before.  Also there was a large gap between the ceiling and the kitchen cabinets that needed caulking.  He also looked at several other things that need repairing and will return to do the work when the weather warms up.

"Andy and his Guardian Fence team fixed a double gated chain linked fence on our property, in June. I was so pleased with the quality of their workmanship. The project required more work than anticipated and they stayed throughout the day, purchasing additional supplies necessary, to complete the work to perfection. "They did great. We had them clean our flowerbed and they pulled all overgrown dead weeds. They also trimmed trees and hauled it all way. They are knowledgeable. In fact I am using them again and they will probably come on March or April."

"I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996."

This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. I had to buy supplies for the little things that I wanted done. They were supplies like screws or bolts. The gentleman they sent out was very mannerable and worked the entire time he was here. He did not try to drag anything out. I think that what they do is fine.
