John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. "I am writing to share my positive experience with Jon. He was punctual, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. Despite my house being older, Jon successfully replaced the outside faucets with frost-free models that are up to code. He also relocated the inside shut-off valve for easier access. Additionally, he successfully rerouted a new line from my kitchen sink to install a new faucet outside, correcting a previous installation that was poorly placed with an inaccessible shut-off valve. Although he encountered challenges at almost every stage of the project, he was able to resolve them all. Jon’s customer service and expertise are exceptional. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises once the work was completed. It is great to find a plumber who is reliable and gets the job done right the first time."

"Project went well. Price was on higher side for regular job but my need was emergent and it was less then the emergent price. My only complaint was rust water was not emptied from old tank and as it was brought up my carpet stairs it stained my rug treads very badly. Everything else was great."
