"Very happy with our dishwasher install. Would call Mark again and definitely recommend him to others needing an appliance repaired or installed."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Fast service, knowledgeable. Very personable. Fixed my gas oven and left everything clean! Reasonable price. Definitely recommend."

"Great service came right away"

"Installed a replacement bake element in our GE oven. Excellent service. Immediate response. Showed up when he said he would. Friendly and fairly priced. Plus he installed the part properly and quickly."

"They were very nice and professional. And did a great job with my oven installation in a timely manner."

"John came the same day...even earlier than anticipated. He repaired our gas oven, the refrigerator and the gas dryer. Very friendly. He was a former Sears repair person. I would definitely use his services in the future."

"Had a spill that rendered my microwave unusable (power surge). I called the manufacturer and they would take 5d to come and evaluate the issue for a set fee. If I decided to use them the service fee was not counted toward the repair. Found TheJetFix on-line and called. They were out within 1d, diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. The repair could not be completed as there was additional damage. They ordered another part and ultimately fixed the issue. This was important to me as I did not want to get rid of a perfectly good appliance and add to the ever growing landfills. Also, a new unit would have cost me more that 2x the repair (Thermador microwave). Arthur and John were great. Both courteous and professional and passed whatever savings they could on to me. Cannot say enough about this service. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. By the way, their service fee was counted toward my repair! Good business practice!"

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. I will definitely call him if any other appliance starts acting up."

"He did an awesome job. Was able to determine nothing was wrong with the heating system and saved me some money on repairs. Joe figured out a way to prove to tenant that heating system was in fact working. He is clever, responsive, and keeps his word. He always goes above and beyond. His pricing is also extremely fair. As a landlord, I want to make sure I hire someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing. Joe is just the guy for my maintenance needs. As far as the granite counter goes, I was able to save $500 off what I was quoted from somewhere else because Joe has relationships with other contractors and was able to save me money on the materials. He was able to install it in one day so that it did not inconvenience my tenant. There were some logistical problems but that did not slow Joe down in getting the job done in the time-frame we needed. The job is beautiful. I love it and my tenant loves it. It has definitely added value to the condo. He came in significantly under budget and finished it in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone. His word is his bond. When you call him, he always either answers his phone or returns your call right away. He acts as if he is spending his own and does his best to save you some extra on your projects."
